Beginning its operations in 1992, Perk 
Company focused its marketing thrusts on 
concrete related projects.  The Company 
has since diversified its work to include 
general contracting and new construction 
projects for city streets and roadways, 
bridges, drainage systems, sewer and other 
infrastructure improvements, and construction 
management. Perk Company works regularly 
under contract with The Ohio Department of 
Transportation, Cuyahoga and other Ohio 
counties, and has contracted with 38 cities
in Northeast Ohio.
