technical knowledge contributing to the
company's growth and success. President 
Charles Perkins has more than 30 years 
of experience in the paving, asphalt, 
and concrete business.  He has developed 
a strong business acumen, having worked 
with many aspects and various companies 
in the construction industry .  Executive Vice 
President and Chief Operating Officer,
Joseph Cifani, has experience ranging 
from laborer to Project Superintendent.  
Anthony Cifani, Secretary/Treasurer, and 
Business Development Officer, brings more 
than 25 years of experience to the Company, 
holding positions such as laborer, Estimator, 
Superintendent, and Project Manager.  
Other key people include the Chief Estimator, 
Staff Estimators/Engineers, Business 
Support/Director, Human Resources, Contract 
Administrator, Safety Director, Controller, and 
qualified Office Staff.  Perk Company, Inc. 
operates a full-time maintenance facility at its 
Cleveland location.
